Paul Kinghorn brings over two decades of leadership experience to his role as Senior Partner and Business Coach at ActionCOACH Piney Woods. A seasoned executive and strategist, Paul has helped countless organizations grow revenue, improve operations, and create scalable, sustainable futures. He thrives on solving complex business challenges and has a knack for making the complicated feel refreshingly simple.

But Paul’s impact doesn’t stop at boardrooms and balance sheets. A born problem-solver and lifelong learner, he’s as comfortable with a wrench as he is with a whiteboard. Whether rethinking how a community event is run, tweaking a workflow, or—sometimes with questionable diplomacy—offering input on his wife’s cooking, Paul loves helping others imagine and build what could be.

He’s been shipwrecked off the coast of Hawaii (yes, really), held up at gunpoint during his early days in food service, and has visited 49 states—just one shy of a full sweep. A fan of the outdoors, he’s recently taken up fly fishing, and if he were born a few centuries earlier, he swears he’d have been an explorer charting new lands.
